Any charges arising from currency conversion are the sole responsibility of the user, should their financial institution apply such fees.
Batik88 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods commonly used by Malaysian users, including bank transfers via FPX, e-Wallets (Touch n Go, GrabPay), and DuitNow. Availability of each payment method is subject to the terms and limits set by the respective service provider.

Users whose accounts are closed due to a terms violation are not entitled to reclaim any outstanding bonus balances or promotional credits.
